Do we need to commit to a long-term contract?

Sales-as-a-System is typically a 90-day intensive engagement. Sales-as-a-Service is quarterly renewable. We don't believe in trapping clients - if we're not delivering value, you shouldn't be stuck with us.

Can you help with CRM implementation?

Absolutely. We're platform-agnostic and have deep experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, and others. We'll either optimize what you have or help you transition to something better.

What if our team is resistant to change?

Change management is built into our approach. We get buy-in by showing quick wins, involving the team in design, and proving value before asking for major shifts. Resistance usually melts when results show up.

Do you offer ongoing support after the initial engagement?

Yes. Many System clients transition to Service for ongoing support. We also offer a-la-carte coaching, deal reviews, and quarterly check-ins to ensure your progress continues.
