All knowhow, frameworks, methodologies, structures, and training materials ("Materials") available on this website are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Upon payment, clients obtain a perpetual, non-exclusive license to:

• Download, store, copy, edit, and print our Materials for personal or internal business use.
• Use our Materials on their professional and personal devices.

Clients may not:

• Republish, sell, sublicense, or publicly distribute any of our Materials.
• Share, post, or otherwise make the Materials accessible to others without written consent.

For team use by multiple individuals, a multi-user license must be purchased. Sales Bugle Pte. Ltd. protects its intellectual property rights vigorously against infringement.

2. Refund Policy

Our sales coaching toolkits and frameworks are built using insights from top-performing enterprise sales leaders and consultants. However, we recognize that they may not always align perfectly with your expectations.

We offer a no money-back guarantee for individual module purchases.

This policy does not apply to:

• Subscription plans, tiered access passes (e.g., Gold/Silver/Bronze Access), or bundled offers.

If you are unsure, we recommend starting with a single toolkit purchase before upgrading.
