HOW THE WORK CHANGES
The product is finished. The company is not.
A finished product, near-zero pipeline, a founder who can sell and cannot clone themselves, and a company that is close to invisible to anyone who goes looking.
WHAT IS REALLY HAPPENING
Founders often do not know how invisible they are. The site ranks for nothing, the following is a fraction of a competitor’s, and nobody is tracking either.
THE WORK
Calibrate: listen to how deals are actually won, sit in on live calls and capture what the founder does that others do not.
Codify: put your market, buyer and reality into the motion — nothing generic.
Road test: use real leads and real sellers; measure adoption weekly.
Hand back: make the motion institutional, reduce involvement and stay on call as the team runs it.
THE WARNING
Selling into an empty shopfront destroys the warm deals you already have. A buyer who likes you will check you, and what they find either supports the decision or quietly kills it.
THE NEXT MOVE
Do not start with a programme. Start with the one live deal, account or operating problem that tells you where the motion is missing.
PRINCIPLES TO APPLY
The thinking behind the move.
01
How you sell is why you win.
The buyer chooses on the experience of being sold to: whether you understood their problem, made their internal case easy to win and behaved like the partner you claim to be.

Sales is a motion to be navigated, not a process to be followed.
A complex deal is a sequence of buyer decisions. The job is to read the moment, name the most important next decision and turn it into a move.

Nail it before we scale it.
Do not multiply a motion that is still dependent on a founder’s memory, a top seller’s instinct or a generic playbook. Capture how you already win, make it teachable and test it on live deals first.
